  12. I did read the FAQ and digged up Graphics Gems, but
  13. no source code was given. So, here it comes:

  15. I need to rotate a 2D image by a specified angle with
  16. respect to a specified point within the image.

  18. Has anyone written a program like this before? I'd
  19. greatly appreciate any inputs.
